I’ve been a massage therapist for over 20 years, and throughout that time, my focus has been simple: helping people better understand their bodies and find practical ways to feel and move better.
Whether it’s through stretching, self-massage, or strength training, I work with clients to reduce pain and build habits that support long-term health. I believe small, habitual and consistent changes can make a meaningful difference, and I aim to guide people in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
I’ve always encouraged my clients to stay active and continue doing what they love for as long as possible. That belief is personal for me. Having lost both of my parents in their 50s and 60s, I’ve made it a life goal to care for my health so I can be present, stay active, and grow older alongside my daughters—hopefully even playing tennis with them well into my 90s.
With a background in the medical field, I’ve also seen how limited mobility can impact quality of life. Those experiences have shaped my perspective and serve as a quiet reminder to stay grateful and to take care of what we have. Our bodies are meant to move and when we use them well, they can support us for a long time.
Outside of my practice, I’m a full-time mom to two wondrous girls. I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling are a few simple things that help me stay grounded and connected.
